We are looking for a General Laborer to work under the direction of our crew leaders, keeping job sites and properties neat and healthy. In this role, you will accomplish a variety of tasks such as mowing lawns, edging landscaping beds, trimming bushes, and laying mulch. We are looking for team members who have a willingness to learn, show up on time every day, and want to bring their best every time.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist the Landscape Crew Leader in executing landscape enhancement plans as directed
Operating equipment, including commercial zero-turn riding mowers, brake-controlled walk behind mowers, line trimmers, blowers, etc
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Cleaning debris from customers’ properties
Plant, lay sod, trim, and prune as the job requires
Complete hardscape projects
Complete landscape and lawn installations
Requirements:
18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Ability to work safely and effectively in a team setting
