As reported on NKY.com, Gregory Forrest Lester, Inc. has been hired by the City of Fort Thomas to treat 76 Ash trees on public property to prevent the Emerald Ash Borer (ALB) from killing them.
As for ash tree on private property, the article says,
Ash trees on private property will not be treated by the city; however, city residents are being offered a reduced rate for treatments applied by Gregory Forrest Lester, Inc. Treft said the typical rate for treatment is $30 per inch of diameter of a tree, but the company is offering Fort Thomas residents the service at a discount: between $12 and $18 off the standard price per inch of diameter per tree.
